Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara for a Client Account Manager. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling client inquiries, addressing concerns, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions, driving business growth, and maintaining contracts. You will also analyze client needs, forecast requirements, and collaborate on strategic initiatives to drive value for both clients and the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management, conflict resolution, and account management skills
• Experience in project coordination and the ability to manage workflows efficiently
• Proficiency in ERP/CRM tools and related technologies
• Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Analytical capabilities to assess client requirements and optimize solutions
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
• Prior experience in automation, modernization solutions, or consulting will be an added advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred
