City Head

Roles & Responsibilities

Business Leadership & Coordination

• Act as the single point of accountability for city-level business performance.
• Drive complete coordination across Production, Sales, Accounts, Operations, Logistics, Customer Service, and Marketing teams.
• Work closely with clients and vendors to ensure smooth supply chain and customer satisfaction.

Operations & Supply Chain Management

• Monitor inventory, stock status, replenishment, and returns across all distribution centers.
• Oversee delivery operations and ensure SLA compliance.
• Optimize logistics costs while maintaining service excellence.
• Establish, monitor, and expand distribution centers strategically within the city.

Sales & Business Growth

• Review daily outlet sales, track orders, and ensure consistent supply to avoid stock-outs.
• Plan and execute city-level marketing and RWA campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Build strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead and manage a multilevel workforce (on-roll and off-roll employees).
• Monitor overall productivity, performance, and daily MIS reports.
• Regularly appraise team members, conduct reviews, and coordinate with HR for L&D initiatives.
• Build and scale high-performing teams, ensuring alignment with company culture and goals.

Quality, Compliance & Data Management

• Drive a culture of quality by monitoring customer complaints, pilferages, and implementing RCA for improvements.
• Oversee data accuracy across platforms for a seamless customer experience.
• Create and share daily/weekly/monthly audit reports with management.

Strategic Planning & Budgeting

• Plan and manage city-level budgets to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Develop business strategies tailored for local market growth.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for cost efficiency.

Key Achievements Expected

• Scale operations and orders in the city within defined timelines.
• Reduce delivery costs while improving SLA and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure smooth functioning of 24x7 operations across all centers.
• Build and retain a robust network of delivery partners and employees.

Qualifications & Experience

• 8–15 years’ experience

  in

  Milk/Dairy Industry

  , with strong exposure to

  city operations & team handling.

• Proven track record in

  city operations management, P&L ownership, and large team handling.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
