Job Description

As a Diagnostic Engineer III in a fast-paced and demanding environment, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving complex telephony and technology issues. Your main duties will involve collaborating with customers, vendors, and contractors to provide expert technical solutions, ensuring satisfactory resolution of customer issues, reporting findings, tracking progress, and documenting communications within the incident management system. You will manage your workload to meet defined Service Level Objectives and maintain high standards of conduct, ethics, judgment, independence, and discretion. Building positive relationships with internal and external customers is also a key aspect of this role. To be successful in this position, you must have at least 10 years of experience in performing break/fix, moves, adds, and changes for telephony equipment, along with 7 years of experience supporting Cisco solutions such as Cisco Call Manager, UCCE/UCCX, Cisco Voice Portal, Unified Messaging, Voice Gateways, CUBE, Webex Calling, and Contact Center. Additionally, you should have experience in ICM and VXML Scripting, using automated ticketing systems, and supporting Cisco hardware and software. Strong computer skills, excellent knowledge of general business applications, and proficiency in English communication are essential requirements. You should also possess strong analytical, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, familiarity with voice and data equipment and technologies, and be adept at using various systems and applications. Preferred qualifications for this role include industry certifications in telephony and associated technology solutions, particularly Cisco Certifications such as CCIE Collaboration or CCNP Collaboration. Working experience in the managed services industry, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, and an understanding of quality processes like ITIL would also be advantageous. Your ability to adapt to change quickly, multitask, and demonstrate a strong work ethic, personal drive, negotiation skills, and conflict resolution abilities will be key in excelling in this position.,
