We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the office and provide administrative assistance. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organized individual with strong communication skills and computer proficiency. Roles and Responsibilities Office Management: Manage the general upkeep of the office, including coordinating repairs and maintenance of electrical and electronic equipment, walls, glass, and carpets. You will be supported by office boys to carry out the physical tasks. Administrative Support: Handle all official tasks as requested by the MD (Managing Director) , Directors, or Administrator. Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors for various services, such as booking air and rail tickets, making hotel reservations, and managing couriers. Procurement: Take quotations and place orders for administrative staff and pantry items. Communication: Receive and make phone calls, and manage official correspondence via email. Skills Required A graduate degree with a decent academic track record. Computer Proficiency: Must be skilled in MS Excel, MS Word , and email applications. Communication: Possess good verbal and written communication skills. Personal Attributes: The candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of managing various administrative tasks efficiently.
