Shift: Night (6pm IST to 3am IST) Summary The Senior Network Engineer is responsible for ensuring the availability of our customers’ data and voice networks, as well as deploying advanced network solutions to our customers. This role focuses on Day 2 operations; maintaining, patching, and updating network security solutions to achieve our customer's business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Palo Alto Networks products, including Prisma Access, Prisma Cloud, and Panorama, and a proven track record of success in maintaining and optimizing complex network security solutions. Experience with other industry-leading vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, and Juniper are also highly desired. Essential Functions Maintains and optimizes Palo Alto Networks security solutions, including firewalls, Next Gen Security for NGFW, Panorama, Strata Cloud, SD-WAN, Prisma Cloud, and SASE Implements patching and updates to Palo Alto Networks products Troubleshoots and resolves complex network security issues within existing customer environments.
