Reporting to the Director of Integrated Facilities Management, the Operations Senior Manager will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day management of our extensive portfolio spanning 400-500 retail branches and 10 major offices across India. This position will take ownership of operational execution, escalation management, compliance, and reporting functions, allowing the Director to focus on strategic leadership and key account management. As a Machine Maintenance Project Technician at our Nashik location, you will be responsible for hands-on experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting breakdowns in CNC grinding machines including VMC, HMC, Honing machines, and SPM machines. You will also have the opportunity to work with electrical equipment such as Servo Drives, encoders, PLC modules, power supplies, and sensors used in CNC/SPM machines. Your role will involve troubleshooting problems related to control and power circuits of machines and reading electrical drawings. You should possess the skill to work under high production pressure environments, read electrical machine drawings, and have knowledge of systems like MTTBF, MTTR, Uptime, and Why-Why analysis. Additionally, you will prepare inspection reports, release recommendations, and maintain inspection records in systems like SAP and Meridium. Your role will involve providing repair procedures for fixed equipment in compliance with relevant codes and standards. You will also coordinate inter-departmental reliability assurance activities and participate in root cause analysis of equipment failures. Maintaining corrosion manuals, assisting in developing RBI for identified plants, liaison with statutory authorities, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements related to static equipment are key responsibilities.
