Role Summary:


Key Responsibilities :

dcasts (1.5–2hr episodes, multi-cam), product reviews (10-min), Shorts/Reels clips, influencer collaborations.

● Capture B-roll across server/lab/office/product environments, optimizing for clarity, authenticity, and brand standards.

motion graphics overlays, captioning, basic sound design, color grading, and thumbnail assets.

● Collaborate closely with Creative Designer and Content/Copy to craft compelling narratives and maximize retention.

● Ensure rapid export, compression, and distribution for YouTube, IG, LinkedIn, and cross-platform content.

● Optimize for mobile/viewer behavior; test hooks and formats to increase CTR and average watch time.

● Maintain asset library and versioning for all shoots/projects; back up footage as per process. ● Keep up-to-date with video trends (IT product reviews, explainers, podcast, YouTube/Shorts style) and tech industry needs.

● Uphold brand safety and compliance (guest releases, OEM visual usage).


Requirements

● 3+ years shooting/editing digital-first video content; reel/portfolio required.

Cinematography (DSLR/mirrorless, lighting, audio), video editing (Premiere/Final Cut/DaVinci, mobile/desktop), motion graphics/captioning, storyboarding.

● Experience with multi-camera podcast setups and product demo/review formats.

● Ability to deliver for a tech-savvy B2B audience—servers, storage, networking, desktop/laptop hardware.

● Familiar with platform specs (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn), asset optimization, best practices.

● Comfort with fast feedback, A/B testing variants, and content adaptation.

● Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve.

● Familiarity with new-gen video platforms and AI enhancement solutions (RunwayML, CapCut, Descript).

● Capable of adapting to new tech quickly and training marketing/copy teams on AI

AI Proficiency & Tools

● Hands-on with AI-powered post-production and workflow accelerators (e.g., auto-captioning, background removal, upscaling, RunwayML, Descript, CapCut, Adobe Firefly).

● Ability to leverage AI for rapid editing, content variants, automated tagging, and motion templates.

● Experience using studio management, asset backup, and review tools (Frame.io, Google Drive).

● Real-time documentation and optimization of AI-driven workflows for speed and quality control.
