Job Overview: We are looking for a talented Cinematographer & Video Editor who has a strong understanding of lighting, camera operation, and post-production editing. The ideal candidate should be able to transform raw footage into visually captivating films that align with our brand’s artistic vision. Key Responsibilities: Plan, shoot, and edit cinematic videos for weddings, events, and commercial projects. Operate DSLR and mirrorless cameras, gimbals, drones, and other professional video equipment. Collaborate with photographers and the creative team to execute visual storytelling concepts. Ensure excellent lighting, framing, and composition during shoots. Select music, color grade footage, and apply visual effects to enhance storytelling. Organize and manage video assets, ensuring timely project delivery. Stay updated with the latest videography and editing trends. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a cinematographer and video editor (portfolio required). Strong knowledge of: Camera operations (Canon, Sony, Blackmagic, etc.) Lighting setups (natural and artificial lighting techniques) Editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects. Color correction and grading workflows. Audio synchronization and sound design . Creative storytelling ability with an eye for detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of marketing strategies, customer engagement, and the photography/videography industry. Key Responsibilities: Identify, approach, and develop relationships with potential clients, partners, and event planners. Generate leads through digital marketing, networking, and collaborations. Understand client requirements and create customized service proposals and quotations. Coordinate with the creative and operations team to ensure smooth project delivery. Manage social media and online marketing initiatives to promote studio services. Attend exhibitions, events, and wedding expos to represent the brand. Maintain and update client databases and CRM tools. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide regular reports and insights on market trends and competitor activity.
