About Magical Moments Studio:

At Magical Moments Studio, we bring emotions to life through wedding, engagement, pre & post-wedding, and maternity photography & cinematography. Our passionate team captures every magical story with creativity and precision.

We are looking for a proactive and organized Team Coordinator to oversee daily studio operations, manage communication between teams, and ensure projects run smoothly from shoot planning to client delivery.

Job Overview:

The Team Coordinator will play a key role in managing schedules, coordinating between photographers, editors, and clients, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. This position requires excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills to maintain seamless operations in a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with photographers, cinematographers, editors, and designers for project timelines and task allocation.
  • Manage the studio’s daily workflow — including shoot schedules, editing deadlines, and client meetings.
  • Communicate with clients regarding shoot confirmations, updates, and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain proper records of ongoing and completed projects.
  • Support the business development and operations teams with logistics and team assignments.
  • Ensure all equipment, props, and resources are ready before each shoot.
  • Track progress of projects and report to management on status and challenges.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation.
  • Assist with coordination during wedding shoots and outdoor events when required.
  • Maintain a positive and collaborative team culture within the studio.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1–3 years) in team coordination, studio management, or project coordination.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic project management tools.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple deadlines.
  • Positive attitude, leadership quality, and problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a photography, videography, or creative studio environment.
  • Understanding of wedding shoot workflows and post-production processes.
  • Basic knowledge of photo/video terminology to communicate effectively with the creative team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
