Role & responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, and HR Tech management.
• Lead data-driven decision-making processes by utilizing HR metrics and analytics to drive insights and improvements across all facets of HR.
• Enhance employee experience through the implementation of programs and initiatives aimed at improving engagement, satisfaction, and overall well-being.
• Oversee talent acquisition and retention efforts, ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
• Drive organizational development initiatives to support growth and scalability, including succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.
• Lead change management efforts to support organizational initiatives and ensure smooth transitions during periods of change.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals and objectives, providing strategic guidance and insights.
• Manage and develop a high-performing HR team, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to support their professional growth and development.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals and objectives into HR strategies and initiatives.
• Deep understanding of HR best practices, trends, and regulations, with a commitment to staying current on industry developments.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR, incorporating innovative approaches to enhance HR effectiveness and efficiency.
