Oversee core HR operations including payroll, employee records, and lifecycle management. Ensure seamless integration of technology across all HR functions. Qualifications Minimum 4 years of experience as Head of HR for a company with 350+ employees; experience in biotech or pharma preferred. Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) in HR or related field from a reputed institution. Proven leadership in strategic HR, talent management, compliance, and global HR operations. Strong command of English; excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, high-performing teams across geographies. Proficiency in HRIS platforms and HR technology for end-to-end HR management.
