Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development team in designing, building, and maintaining scalable applications
• Architect and implement cutting-edge solutions using

  Node.js

  for backend and

  Flutter

  for mobile app development as a Full-Stack developer
• Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to deliver high-quality features and products
• Drive technical decision-making, code quality, and best practices within the team
• Take ownership of the entire software development lifecycle and ensure alignment with the company’s vision
• Provide mentorship and leadership to junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning
• Contribute to strategic decisions and growth, with a clear pathway to stepping into a

  CXO

  role in the organization
• End-to-end architecture development

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with strong expertise in

  Node.js

  and

  Flutter

• Proven experience in leading technical teams, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically about technology’s role in the business
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• A passion for building scalable, efficient, and user-friendly applications
• Ability to mentor, motivate, and lead a team towards achieving business goals
• Strong decision-making ability with a focus on innovation and growth
• Hands-on Coding is expected
