Chief Technology Officer

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Gritstone Technologies will be responsible for driving the company’s overall technology vision, strategy, and execution. The CTO will lead the engineering, architecture, product innovation, and IT infrastructure teams to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient technology delivery aligned with Gritstone’s business goals.

• Define and execute the company’s technology roadmap in alignment with business strategy.
• Lead technology innovation initiatives to strengthen Gritstone’s product and service offerings.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to executive management, product teams, and stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end software development lifecycle, including architecture, design, development, deployment, and maintenance.
• Ensure adoption of best practices in software engineering, DevOps, and product scalability.
• Drive innovation in emerging technologies such as AI/ML, Blockchain, Cloud, and Automation.
• Collaborate with Product Management to translate client needs into robust technology solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of architects, developers, engineers, and IT professionals.
• Build a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Establish performance metrics, training programs, and succession planning for the technology team.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO, SOC2, HIPAA, and GDPR.
• Implement strong cybersecurity practices, risk management, and data protection policies.
• Establish robust IT governance processes and ensure operational excellence.
• Partner with clients, vendors, and business leaders to drive digital transformation initiatives.
• Represent Gritstone Technologies in technical discussions, client demos, and industry forums.
• Provide periodic reports to the Board and Executive Leadership on technology performance and risks.
