Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) located in Mumbai. The CTO will oversee the technological direction of NEAT, managing software development projects, setting IT strategy, and maintaining architecture and infrastructure. Responsibilities include leading the technology team, ensuring alignment with business goals, spearheading product development, and implementing efficient project management practices. The CTO will collaborate with other departments to drive innovation and maintain the highest standards of food service technology.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Software Development and Product Development
• Strong Project Management and IT Strategy skills
• Experience with Architecture and infrastructure management
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience in the healthcare or food service industry is a plus
