Role Description We’re looking for a part-time CTO / Technical Co-Founder to join our journey from Day 0. The Chief Technology Officer will oversee software development, manage IT strategy, and guide the architecture of our platform. The CTO will also be responsible for leading project management initiatives, ensuring successful product development, and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency. Qualifications Work closely with me (founder) to build the MVP and set the technical direction. Choose the right tech stack and lead product development. Collaborate on integrating AI matchmaking logic and user experience. Help shape MatchNest into India’s first “social x productivity” platform. Who are you? A builder at heart — excited about startups, social platforms, and AI. Hands-on with app development (Flutter/FlutterFlow/React Native/AI integrations).
