Key Responsibilities: Lead the development team in designing, building, and maintaining scalable applications Architect and implement cutting-edge solutions using Node.js for backend and Flutter for mobile app development as a Full-Stack developer Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to deliver high-quality features and products Drive technical decision-making, code quality, and best practices within the team Take ownership of the entire software development lifecycle and ensure alignment with the company’s vision Provide mentorship and leadership to junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning Contribute to strategic decisions and growth, with a clear pathway to stepping into a CXO role in the organization End-to-end architecture development What We're Looking For: 5+ years of experience in software development, with strong expertise in Node.js and Flutter Proven experience in leading technical teams, preferably in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically about technology’s role in the business Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams A passion for building scalable, efficient, and user-friendly applications Ability to mentor, motivate, and lead a team towards achieving business goals Strong decision-making ability with a focus on innovation and growth Hands-on Coding is expected Why Join Us?
