Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – SpeakProAi Location: Hybrid / Remote Type: Full-Time Reports to: Founder & CEO About SpeakProAi SpeakProAi is an AI-powered English communication platform helping users speak confidently and naturally using intelligent voice recognition and real-time feedback. We’re also building SpeakProAi SDK, enabling other apps to integrate advanced spoken-English features effortlessly. We’re looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology vision, architecture, and innovation strategy as we scale. You’ll work directly with the founder to shape the future of AI-driven communication learning. Key Responsibilities • Define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with SpeakProAi’s growth goals. • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of our AI/ML models, speech recognition systems, and SDK infrastructure. • Build and manage a high-performing engineering and data science team. • Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of our platform across global markets. • Collaborate with the product and business teams to translate user insights into product features. • Stay on top of emerging technologies in AI voice processing, NLP, and mobile SDKs, integrating relevant innovations into our stack. • Manage cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, and CI/CD systems. • Represent the technology vision in investor meetings and strategic partnerships. Requirements • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field. • 8+ years of experience in software engineering or product development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. • Proven experience with AI/ML, speech recognition, or language learning applications. • Strong knowledge of Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, React/Next.js, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). • Familiarity with SDK development and API integrations. • Excellent communication and leadership skills — someone who can inspire both engineers and non-technical stakeholders. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and innovation. Nice to Have • Experience working in edtech, voice AI, or SaaS startups. • Background in linguistics, speech synthesis, or human-computer interaction. • Prior experience contributing to or leading open-source projects.
