Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) located in Chennai. The CTO will be responsible for leading the company's technology strategy and overseeing all aspects of software development, IT architecture, and project management. The role will involve managing product development initiatives, ensuring IT infrastructure aligns with the company’s goals, and driving innovation to support business objectives. Day-to-day tasks include supervising technical teams, developing technology policies, and ensuring scalability and security of technology systems.
