Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute EncryptArx’s global sales strategy across multiple verticals (AI, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Tech Consulting).
• Identify and pursue enterprise-level clients, government contracts, and strategic partnerships.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing remote sales team.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
• Drive revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and client acquisition.
• Represent EncryptArx in high-value client meetings, tech conferences, and strategic networking events.
• Create and manage channel partnerships, alliances, and reseller programs to expand reach.
• Design performance metrics, sales targets, and incentive systems tied to company growth.
• Contribute directly to long-term vision, investor discussions, and business strategy.

Requirements

5+

• years of proven experience in B2B/Enterprise Sales, preferably in Cybersecurity, AI/ML, or SaaS.
• Strong understanding of technology-driven sales cycles and consultative selling approaches.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in building or scaling sales teams in startup or growth-stage environments.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to convert complex tech solutions into simple business value.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with equity-based compensation and high-growth environments.
