We believe in building strong teams, robust channel networks, and delivering exceptional growth performance. We are seeking a highly motivated Chief Sales Officer who can take immediate charge of our sales organization, scale our business, and drive high-performance results.

Preferred Experience:

· Proficiency with CRM systems, automation tools, and sales dashboards 

· Proven success in building and leading sales teams in startups or high-growth companies. 

· Deep understanding of PropTech market trends, broker ecosystems, and technology-led distribution models 

· Prior experience building or managing large, scalable sales teams.


Key Objectives & Immediate Priorities

 ·Take full ownership of sales and marketing operations, with focus on accelerating revenue growth and     market share in Delhi NCR.

·Build and lead a high-performing sales team – from hiring and training to performance management.

·Leverage your broker and channel network to rapidly expand market penetration.

·Create and implement a structured sales playbook with clear KPIs, targets, and accountability systems.

·Align closely with the leadership, marketing, and tech teams to drive go-to-market strategy.

·Identify new business opportunities, untapped channels, and partnerships to achieve rapid growth.

·Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and broker feedback to adapt strategies in real time.

·Ensure quick execution and immediate results post-joining.


Key Responsibilities

·Lead the entire sales lifecycle: lead generation, broker acquisition, deal negotiation, closure, and retention.

·Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed targets and maintain a results-driven culture.

·Expand and monetise the broker/partner network across Delhi NCR.

·Define and maintain sales metrics, CRM tracking, and forecasting for leadership reporting.

·Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine offerings, pricing, and campaigns.

·Explore new verticals, partnerships, and promotional strategies to drive business growth.

·Establish SOPs, best practices, training, and performance frameworks for scalable operations.

·Represent the company externally in industry events, broker forums, and partnerships.

Ideal Candidate Profile

·5–10 years of experience in sales and marketing within a technology-driven or PropTech / channel-based      environment.

·Proven track record of team leadership, revenue generation, and achieving/exceeding sales targets.

·Strong broker and partner network in the Delhi NCR region (or ability to build one quickly).

·Strategic thinker with strong data-driven decision-making and analytical skills.

·Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.

·Demonstrated ability to drive growth, build teams, and manage channel ecosystems.

·Ready for immediate joining or within a short notice period.

·Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
