Job Description: We are hiring dynamic and goal-oriented CRM Sales Executives with a good understanding of CRM platforms and TAC (Technical Assistance Center) functions. The ideal candidates should be able to drive customer engagement, manage client accounts, and coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth CRM implementation and support. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for CRM solutions • Manage end-to-end client onboarding and relationship lifecycle • Demonstrate and explain CRM features to clients as per their business needs • Collaborate with the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) to resolve client queries • Customize CRM workflows in coordination with the tech team • Maintain records of client interactions, sales activities, and feedback • Provide ongoing support and training to clients post-sale • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships Key Requirements: • Proven experience in CRM sales or client servicing • Strong understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) • Awareness of TAC processes and ability to coordinate with technical teams • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach • Ability to work independently and in a team How to Apply: Interested candidates are requested to share their updated CV at: 📧 hr@brokersaathi.com 📱 WhatsApp: 8929107437 Show more Show less
