Job Description

As the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Nurturing Green, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expansion across various channels. Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive revenue strategy that encompasses Retail, Corporate/B2B, Institutional, and Online Sales. Your strategic vision and hands-on leadership will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities and maximizing revenue potential. In this role, you will be tasked with owning and delivering the company's topline revenue and growth objectives. You will be expected to build and implement a cohesive sales and business development strategy that spans all revenue streams. Additionally, you will be required to evaluate and launch new revenue opportunities such as General Trade, Franchisee/EBOs, institutional tie-ups, and strategic partnerships. Leading the Retail team, including SIS, MBOs, and modern trade, will be a key aspect of your role. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, optimizing stock levels, and ensuring excellence in customer experience. Overseeing corporate/B2B and institutional sales verticals, you will drive partnerships, gifting programs, and large-volume institutional opportunities. Your leadership will extend to the Online Sales team, where you will provide guidance to enhance performance, visibility, and revenue generation across e-commerce, quick commerce, and growth/ads platforms. You will also be involved in building and scaling General Trade distribution, Franchise models, and Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) while leading feasibility studies, execution, and growth for new initiatives. As a visionary leader, you will focus on team development, mentoring high-performing sales teams, and establishing KPIs and incentive structures to foster a culture of ownership, agility, and entrepreneurial spirit. The ideal candidate for this role will have 12-14 years of progressive experience in Sales/Business Development, with a strong background in Retail, Corporate/B2B, and Online sales. Previous success in Consumer Goods, Lifestyle, FMCG, or D2C brands, along with a track record of scaling revenues across multiple channels, will be essential. An entrepreneurial mindset, exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment will set you up for success in this role.,
