Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

As Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) in Noida, you will be responsible for building world-class revenue engines through B2C sales, customer success, upselling, and retention strategies. Your role will involve working closely with brand teams at our Noida HQ to achieve revenue goals. Your key responsibilities will include developing sales and business development strategies for each brand, optimizing the customer lifecycle through acquisition, retention, and expansion, creating revenue forecasting models and real-time dashboards, scaling customer support teams to drive Net Promoter Score (NPS) and retention, as well as expanding existing and new monetization channels. To excel in this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience leading sales or revenue functions. Experience in e-commerce, consumer services, or platform businesses would be advantageous. Your skills should include revenue forecasting, sales strategy development, customer relationship management (CRM) software, data-driven decision making, marketing analytics, team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and performance metrics analysis. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Noida.
