Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Revenue Number:

    Take full ownership of monthly/quarterly revenue targets and improve revenue predictability. Manage all demand-generation levers — inbound, outbound, channel, partner, and upsell.
  • Sales Leadership & Enablement:

    Build and lead a high-performance sales team with strong performance culture. Implement sales playbooks, CRM systems, and performance review cadences.
  • Marketing & Growth:

    Oversee digital marketing, brand positioning, and performance marketing. Align marketing with revenue outcomes — not just traffic.
  • Customer Success & Expansion:

    Increase LTV via upsells, cross-sells, and strategic account growth. Reduce churn and improve customer lifetime value through tight CS-Growth alignment.
  • Forecasting & Reporting:

    Build dashboards, revenue ops systems, and metrics reporting for weekly reviews. Work with Finance to forecast revenue, CAC, ROI, and cost of growth.
  • Strategic Partnerships & Alliances:

    Identify and execute partnership-led growth models where relevant — distributors, fintech platforms, marketplaces, etc.

Ideal Profile

  • 10–18 years of experience in

    SaaS / D2C / Fintech

    revenue roles
  • Current or former VP / Head of Sales / Growth / Revenue in a scaling business
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue from 20Cr 100Cr+
  • Hands-on with sales strategy, digital channels, GTM, P&L, and customer lifecycle
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
