Key Responsibilities

• Brand & Positioning Strategy:

  Craft and evolve a clear, compelling brand narrative across all channels — online and offline Drive high recall and category authority in target markets

• Full-Funnel Marketing Ownership:

  Oversee performance marketing, SEO, content, partnerships, events, and PR Optimize CAC, LTV, and conversion metrics across campaigns

• Product Marketing:

  Collaborate with product and growth teams to shape GTM strategies, feature launches, and lifecycle messaging Define customer personas and drive product-market resonance

• Content & Creative Leadership:

  Lead the creation of high-converting, on-brand content — across social, email, video, and landing pages Manage in-house and agency creatives

• Digital & Performance Marketing:

  Manage paid acquisition, retargeting, and ROAS-positive digital campaigns Own key marketing tools and martech stack (Meta, Google, Hubspot, etc.)

• Team Building & Leadership:

  Hire and mentor a lean but powerful marketing team Align marketing KPIs with business outcomes — not just traffic or vanity metrics

You Are a Great Fit If You Have

• 10–18 years of experience in marketing roles with rapid growth exposure
  
• Led marketing at a

  fast-scaling startup or digital-first company

• Managed multi-channel strategies — from ATL/BTL to digital and inbound
  
• Strong grip on numbers — ROAS, CPL, MQLs, CAC, LTV, churn, NPS
  
• A bias for execution, not just strategy decks
  

Bonus Points If You

• Have experience in SaaS, D2C, Fintech, or B2B tech
  
• Scaled a brand from early-stage to national presence
  
• Have worked in cross-functional founder-led teams
  
• Are under 45 and looking to make a serious CXO-level impact
