As the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Nurturing Green, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expansion across various channels. Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive revenue strategy that encompasses Retail, Corporate/B2B, Institutional, and Online Sales. You will also be involved in building and scaling General Trade distribution, Franchise models, and Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) while leading feasibility studies, execution, and growth for new initiatives. As a visionary leader, you will focus on team development, mentoring high-performing sales teams, and establishing KPIs and incentive structures to foster a culture of ownership, agility, and entrepreneurial spirit. The ideal candidate for this role will have 12-14 years of progressive experience in Sales/Business Development, with a strong background in Retail, Corporate/B2B, and Online sales. Previous success in Consumer Goods, Lifestyle, FMCG, or D2C brands, along with a track record of scaling revenues across multiple channels, will be essential.
