Roles and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, leading strategic initiatives and support in driving business goals and objectives.
- Drive metrics driven performance management & act as a liaison between the CEO and senior leadership, ensuring that information flows effectively across departments
- Lead and manage cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with ZestIOT’s strategic vision.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that company-wide projects and initiatives are completed on time and within budget.
- Support business growth and innovation strategies, working closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to boost revenue growth, improve margins, competitive strength of company business
- Drive meetings for performance reviews across different departments of company representing founder/CEO office & actions closure for effective execution of company business across different departments
- Foster a culture of ownership, global product first technology company delivering consistent value to customer through innovation, RoI, user experiences, best in class product with value creation for shareholders.
- Manage and drive company-wide change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions for new initiatives
Qualifications & experience:
Must Have:
- Overall 8+ years of experience across Operations, Performance management (using KPIs & financials, operations, delivery metrics), working with leadership team for strategic initiatives & improvements projects, investors relation & fund raise compliance
- 3+ years of experience in a chief of staff/operations head supporting Founder & CEO
- 3+ years of business performance management using KPIs & performance metrics
- Active role in at least 1 round of fund raise managing investor relations, pre & post close activities with teams across multiple companies
- At least delivered 3 strategic initiatives/improvements with a positive impact to revenue improvement or cost reduction or competitive strength
- At least 4 years of experience in technology/software product company in delivery/leadership/sales or operations management
- Strong financial acumen with a good hold on numbers: Revenues, margins, Account receivables, Cashflow & working with external auditors
- Strong communication skills – verbal, written & presentable
Desirable:
- MBA from premier institute or at least graduation degree
- Relationship oriented collaboration
- CA Certification
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate strategic goals into operational plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A passion for technology and innovation, particularly in IoT, big data, and cloud-based solutions.
- High emotional intelligence and a collaborative leadership style.
Experience of 5 to 10 years in a leadership or operational role, ideally in aviation, or technology-driven industries.
