Chief of Staff

Our client is a new-age skincare brand. With strong business momentum and a dedicated community, they are entering a new phase of rapid expansion. They are seeking a highly capable Chief of Staff to collaborate with their founders and play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Projects

  – Lead high-impact initiatives across strategy, new business opportunities, partnerships, product expansion, and go-to-market execution.

• Founder Enablement

  – Partner closely with the founders to enable sharper decision-making through structured problem-solving, analysis, and actionable insights.

• Fundraising & Investor Relations

  – Support fundraising efforts by preparing investor materials, managing board communications, and strengthening stakeholder relationships.

• Business Reviews & OKRs

  – Establish and drive company-wide planning, OKRs, and performance reviews to ensure accountability, alignment, and focus.

• Cross-Functional Leadership

  – Collaborate with marketing, product, operations, and finance teams to remove execution bottlenecks and accelerate business growth.

• Special Projects

  – Own and execute stealth or experimental projects that don’t fall within existing functions but are critical to scaling the company.

• Organizational Development

  – Contribute to building culture, designing organizational structures, and strengthening hiring processes as the company grows.

Requirements:

Education

• Tier-1 undergraduate degree; MBA preferred.

Experience

• Prior experience at McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or Kearney (MBBK) with a strong strategy foundation.
• 2 to 4+ years of post-consulting experience in high-growth startups or consumer brands.

• Passion for consumer brands, sustainability, and conscious living (a strong plus).
