Job Description

  • Chief of Staff and Strategy Deployment - is a critical, multi-faceted leadership role that acts as the strategic partner to the management. This individual is responsible for translating the management’s vision into actionable plans and ensuring those plans are effectively executed across the organization. The role focuses heavily on the deployment and management of key objectives, strategic initiatives, and operational projects, ensuring alignment and seamless communication between the management and all departments.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning and Policy Deployment: Work closely with the Leadership team to define and refine organizational strategy in line with management inputs. Lead the deployment and implementation of quarterly policy objectives and strategic initiatives, ensuring they align with company goals and are effectively communicated to all levels.
  • Operational Management: Oversee policy related actions and communication on behalf of the JMD office. Drive operational efficiency by identifying and improving processes, managing high-priority projects, and ensuring accountability across departments.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a central hub for communication between the JMD office, senior leadership, and other teams. Draft key communications, prepare presentations, and represent the management in meetings when necessary. Foster a collaborative environment to ensure cross-functional projects are completed successfully.
  • Decision Support: Provide insightful analysis and data-driven recommendations to support the management decision-making. Research and analyze key business initiatives, industry trends, and potential risks to inform strategic choices.
  • Project Oversight and Management: Manage the portfolio of strategic projects for the JMD office, ensuring they are on track and meeting objectives. Identify and address potential bottlenecks and risks.
  • Qualifications and Experience
  • Education: An MBA or other equivalent qualification
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a business management, or project management role. Proven success in leading strategic initiatives and managing complex projects from conception to completion. / MBA fresher from a tier 2 institution
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and influence teams without formal authority. Experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audience.
Preferred Skills
  • Business Acumen: A strong understanding of the business model, policy objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Political Savvy: The ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and build effective relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Resilience: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain composure under pressure
