This entry-level position is designed for individuals eager to learn and grow within the sales and marketing field. The ideal candidate will support our sales and marketing initiatives, gain hands-on experience, and develop essential skills in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance strategies. Assist the Sales Manager in coordinating meetings and following up with potential clients. Work with the Sales Manager to develop medium- and long-term sales strategies, focusing on customer growth, market penetration, and sustainable business practices. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize marketing efforts. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in sales and marketing. Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration from a recognized B-school, with a minimum of 60-80% in both PG and UG. Show more Show less
