Management Trainee – Sales

Are you a recent graduate or early-career professional hungry for a challenge? We're building a new-age spices brand and looking for Management Trainees who are ready to roll up their sleeves and help us build sales from scratch.

What You’ll Do:

• Build Sales from Scratch: Help develop our go-to-market plan and bring in our first set of customers.
• Market Research & Strategy: Identify target markets, customer preferences, and key sales opportunities.
• Customer Onboarding: Actively reach out to retailers, distributors, and end customers to drive adoption.
• Field Work & Learning: Gain hands-on experience in sales, distribution, and team operations.
• Leadership Pipeline: Train to become a future sales leader – you'll help us hire and lead teams as we grow.
