• Drive execution of strategic priorities, client growth initiatives, and transformation programs
• Act as a trusted advisor and proxy for the Partner in internal and external forums
• Manage cross-functional operations, talent coordination, and P&L oversight
• Ensure accountability, efficiency, and excellence across the portfolio

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chief of Staff in the

  Life Sciences sector

• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
• Ability to work closely with senior leadership and drive high-impact initiatives
