Qualifications

Proficiency in Financial Planning, Financial Statements, and overall Finance-related processes
Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret financial data for strategic decision-making
Experience in Financial Reporting and ensuring adherence to financial compliance standards
Proven leadership experience in managing financial operations and teams
Advanced knowledge of corporate finance principles and practices
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a relevant field; a CPA, CFA, or ACCA certification is highly desirable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders
Experience in financial management within the retail or financial services sector is a plus
