Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage a team of field collection executives across multiple locations. Lead the recovery process for NPA (Non-Performing Assets) and ensure maximum recovery through field visits and negotiation. Allocate cases and monitor daily performance of field staff to meet collection targets. Ensure timely follow-ups and escalations for high-value or critical delinquent accounts. Conduct regular field visits with team members and engage with customers for settlements or restructuring where necessary. Maintain daily/weekly MIS and reporting of collection status to higher management.
