Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage a team of field collection executives across multiple locations.Lead the recovery process for NPA (Non-Performing Assets) and ensure maximum recovery through field visits and negotiation.Allocate cases and monitor daily performance of field staff to meet collection targets.Ensure timely follow-ups and escalations for high-value or critical delinquent accounts.Conduct regular field visits with team members and engage with customers for settlements or restructuring where necessary.Maintain daily/weekly MIS and reporting of collection status to higher management.
