Drive recovery efforts for overdue and delinquent accounts across all buckets (early & late stage)
Ensure achievement of monthly and annual collection targets as per AOP
Monitor collection performance of field officers and agencies on key metrics such as flow rates, resolution %, and roll-back efficiency
Implement effective recovery strategies to reduce NPAs and write-offs
Handle a team of Debt Recovery Officers and external collection agencies
Review team performance regularly and ensure proper allocation of cases
Recruit, train, and develop field recovery staff to improve efficiency
Support recruitment and onboarding of front-line sales staff in coordination with HR
Ensure agencies adhere to company guidelines and compliance norms
Conduct field visits for high-value or complex delinquent cases
Negotiate settlements and ensure timely recovery through legal or amicable means
Maintain positive relationships with customers while ensuring strong follow-up for recoveries
Ensure adherence to RBI and company compliance standards in all recovery practices
Conduct regular audits of agency documentation and performance
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for efficient collections
Track and report daily business performance through MIS and dashboards
