Role: HR Manager Location: Bangalore Company: HHL Global Experience: 7 - 10 years Role Summary We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to handle full-spectrum HR operations for our logistics business. The role includes employee training, labour law compliance, payroll, travel arrangements for staff/drivers, and managing HR across CFS, trailers, warehousing, and branches. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end HR operations, onboarding & documentation Conduct employee training programs and skill development Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment Act Oversee payroll, attendance, leave management (all locations) Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions Manage travel arrangements, trip sheets, allowances for staff/drivers Coordinate statutory audits, HRMS updates (Biomatrix/GreytHR) Support recruitment for office, warehouse, drivers, and CFS teams Requirements MBA/PGDM in HR 7 - 10 years of HR experience in logistics / manufacturing Strong knowledge of labour laws & statutory compliance Good communication & people-handling skills
