*Experience* : Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, preferably within the logistics/shipping domain

*Role Summary:*

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented CFO to lead the financial operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping financial strategy, driving compliance, and providing critical insights to support business decisions, while managing a high-performing finance team.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes

2. Oversee financial reporting, analysis, and MIS

3. Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions

4. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and taxation laws

5. Supervise audits, internal controls, and risk management activities

6. Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and balance sheet integrity

7. Provide strategic financial insights to the leadership team

8. Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team

*Key Requirements:*

* Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

* Proven track record in a CFO or senior finance leadership role

* In-depth knowledge of financial management, taxation, and compliance

* Strong team leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills

* Excellent analytical, communication, and strategic planning abilities
