Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Department: Administration / Management
Location: Shree Hospital, Kharadi
Reporting To: Board of Directors / Hospital Management Committee

Job Summary:

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, operational excellence, and administrative oversight for all departments of Shree Hospital. The role involves ensuring high-quality patient care, financial stability, compliance with healthcare regulations, and fostering a culture of professionalism and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership & Planning

  • Develop and implement the hospital’s short-term and long-term strategic goals.
  • Oversee hospital growth initiatives, service expansion, and new healthcare programs.
  • Align hospital operations with the mission, vision, and values of Shree Hospital.

Operational Management

  • Supervise daily hospital operations, ensuring efficiency across all departments (clinical, nursing, administrative, and support services).
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as patient satisfaction, operational costs, and service quality.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of hospital infrastructure, medical equipment, and safety standards.

Financial & Administrative Oversight

  • Prepare and manage the hospital budget, financial planning, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor expenses and revenue to ensure financial sustainability.
  • Approve departmental budgets and oversee procurement and vendor management.

Regulatory & Compliance

  • Ensure the hospital complies with statutory regulations, NABH standards, and healthcare laws.
  • Maintain all required licenses, certifications, and statutory documentation.
  • Implement robust policies for quality assurance, infection control, and patient safety.

Human Resource & Staff Development

  • Lead, guide, and motivate department heads and senior management teams.
  • Promote professional development, training, and performance management of staff.
  • Foster a positive and ethical workplace culture emphasizing accountability and patient care.

Patient Care & Community Relations

  • Ensure a patient-centric approach in all hospital activities.
  • Address patient feedback, grievances, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Represent the hospital in external forums, medical associations, and public relations events.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in hospital administration or healthcare leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multi-specialty or mid-sized hospitals.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of hospital operations, healthcare compliance, and financial management.
  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive operational excellence.
