CBO - Alternate Investment Management

1.Business Development & Fundraising

 Drive fundraising for AIF strategies across various asset classes

 Build and expand relationships across distribution partners (private banks, wealth managers, platforms, IFAs) and direct investors (institutions, family offices, UHNIs).

 Design and execute capital-raising strategies to scale AUM.

2. Investor Relations

• Act as the primary contact for prospective and existing investors.

• Manage the investor lifecycle — origination, onboarding, reporting, and long-term engagement.

• Deliver regular portfolio updates, organize roadshows, and conduct investor education sessions.

• Ensure transparency and trust through proactive communication and high-quality servicing.

3. Product & Market Expertise

• Position Alt offerings effectively with deep understanding of AIF structures, SEBI regulations, and market trends.

• Collaborate with investment, product, and research teams to align solutions with investor requirements.

• Track competitive landscape and industry developments to sharpen business strategy.

4. Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with internal teams (Investment, Legal, Compliance, Operations) for seamless execution.

• Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members within business development and IR.
