Position: SMART Management Trainee (Chemical Engineer + MBA)

Location: Indore

Reporting To: Director, WOW INC

Work Area: Supporting firm activities in Maksi, Madhya Pradesh

About the Role:WOW INC is seeking a dynamic and driven Chemical Engineer with an MBA to join our team as a SMART Management Trainee. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Director, supporting operational, production, and strategic functions for our Maksi-based activities, while being mostly stationed at our Indore office. This is a growth-oriented role with exposure to both technical and business verticals.

• Key Responsibilities:Support the Director in planning and overseeing chemical and process-related operations.
• Coordinate with teams involved in manufacturing, R&D, and supply chain for Maksi operations.
• Analyze production and quality data to provide process improvement suggestions.
• Assist in vendor management, cost analysis, and procurement strategy.
• Take ownership of internal project tracking, reporting, and documentation.
• Bridge communication between the plant and management office.
• Participate in business planning, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Take initiative in cross-functional projects (e.g., marketing, regulatory affairs, logistics).
• Desired Profile:Education: B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering + MBA (preferably Operations/General Management/Industrial Management)
• Strong understanding of chemical processes, production environments, and business workflows.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
