Position: R&D Manager / Senior Manager
Experience: 10 Years
Location: Maksi, Indore – WOW Inc.
Qualification (Mandatory): M.Sc. / B.Sc. in Chemistry (Organic / Analytical / Industrial Chemistry)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the R&D department and oversee multiple product development projects.
• Guide the development of innovative chemical formulations in line with market and regulatory needs.
• Approve formulation protocols, trial batch reports, and stability study data.
• Drive process optimization, cost reduction, and quality enhancement initiatives.
• Manage technology transfer from lab to plant, ensuring smooth scale-up.
• Coordinate with QC, QA, production, and marketing for product launches.
• Oversee patent, IP documentation, and regulatory dossier preparation.
• Mentor and train R&D scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
• Track global trends in chemicals, formulations, and technologies for competitive advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
