R&D Senior Manager

As an R&D Manager / Senior Manager at WOW Inc. in Maksi, Indore, you will play a crucial role in leading the Research & Development department. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the R&D department and overseeing multiple product development projects. - Guiding the development of innovative chemical formulations in alignment with market and regulatory requirements. - Approving formulation protocols, trial batch reports, and stability study data. - Driving process optimization, cost reduction, and quality enhancement initiatives. - Managing technology transfer from the lab to the plant, ensuring a seamless scale-up process. - Coordinating with QC, QA, production, and marketing teams for successful product launches. - Overseeing patent, IP documentation, and regulatory dossier preparation. - Mentoring and training R&D scientists to foster a culture of innovation. - Tracking global trends in chemicals, formulations, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
