Position: QC Manager / Senior Manager
Experience: 10 Years
Location: Maksi, Indore – WOW Inc.
Qualification (Mandatory): M.Sc. / B.Sc. in Chemistry (Analytical / Organic / Industrial Chemistry)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the QC department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Oversee sampling, chemical analysis, and release of raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods.
• Approve analytical test reports, COAs, and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacopeia, GMP, GLP, and ISO standards.
• Manage instrument calibration schedules and analytical method validations.
• Handle regulatory, client, and internal audits, ensuring readiness at all times.
• Lead investigations for OOS, OOT, and deviations, and implement CAPA.
• Mentor, train, and evaluate QC team members.
• Collaborate with R&D for analytical method development and product transfer.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in QC processes and lab efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
