Quality Control (QC) Manager

Job Title:

Location: Bachupalli, Hyderabad

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QC Manager to lead our quality control operations for animal feed products, including poultry, aquaculture, and pet foods. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with protein analysis instruments and a strong background in feed quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily quality control activities for raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.

• Manage and calibrate protein analysis instruments and other laboratory equipment.

• Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.

• Supervise and train QC technicians, ensuring accurate testing and documentation.

• Coordinate with production and procurement teams to address quality issues promptly.

• Prepare and present QC reports, highlighting trends and recommending improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: B.Sc. in Chemistry (or related field).

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in QC roles within feeds (poultry, aquaculture, or pet foods).

• Strong expertise in protein analysis techniques and instruments.

• Knowledge of ISO, GMP, HACCP, or similar quality standards is an advantage.
