Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie/Demi Chef de Partie with 3-6 years of experience to join our team at ITC Gardenia, located in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chocolate and pastry cuisine.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and oversee the preparation of high-quality dishes in the kitchen.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menus to enhance culinary offerings.
  • Collaborate with other chefs to ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie/Demi Chef de Partie in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of chocolate and pastry cooking techniques.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
  • High level of creativity and attention to detail.
