Job Description

AI Chatbot Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage chatbot operations for sales and service across platforms
  • Optimize responses for accuracy, efficiency, and engagement
  • Apply AI and NLP techniques to improve conversational flow
  • Collaborate with tech teams to refine scripts and workflows

Data Monitoring & Performance Analysis

  • Track metrics like response time, resolution rate, and CSAT
  • Analyze interactions and feedback for continuous improvement
  • Share insights and reports to guide strategy

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Align chatbot goals with support, marketing, and product teams
  • Integrate chatbot with CRM, analytics, and automation tools
  • Train internal teams on chatbot features and best practices

User Experience Enhancement

  • Ensure personalized, natural, and engaging chatbot interactions
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine communication styles
  • Drive innovation in conversational design

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong knowledge of chatbot frameworks (e.g., Dialogflow, WhatsApp Business API)
  • Proficient in NLP and AI-driven service tools
  • Familiar with CX metrics and conversational design principles
  • Skilled in chatbot analytics, CRM systems, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience with platforms like Omilia, Kore.ai, Salesforce is a plus
