Chartered Accountant

We're hiring a Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably 8+ years, to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical and possess a strong background in financial reporting and compliance. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Key Responsibilities

 * Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present detailed financial statements, management information systems (MIS) reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, and other critical financial analyses to support business decisions.

 * Compliance and Taxation: Ensure timely and accurate compliance with all statutory requirements, including Goods and Services Tax (GST) and income tax. Provide expert advice on complex tax matters, including capital gains.

 * Auditing and Controls: Assist with internal and external audits. Maintain and improve financial control systems to ensure data integrity and prevent discrepancies.

 * Legal and Contractual Oversight: Review and interpret financial clauses in contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.

 * Data Analysis: Use tools like R or Tableau to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and generate actionable insights that drive financial performance.

Requirements

 * Experience: A qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience. Preference will be given to candidates with 8+ years of experience, particularly within a limited company structure.

 * Skills:

  * Analytical: Exceptional data analysis skills with proven proficiency in using R or Tableau for financial modeling and reporting.

  * Communication: Excellent command of spoken and written English. Proficiency in spoken Marathi is a plus.

  * Domain Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of GST, income tax, capital gains, and contractual law.

 * Personal Attributes: A highly motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable professional with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

*Preparing quarterly balance sheets and Quarterly and annual compliances 

Compensation

Compensation is negotiable and not a limiting factor for the right candidate. Your salary will be determined based on your qualifications and experience. 

We require proof of your last drawn salary. Annual appraisals and increments will be in line with prevailing industry standards.
