Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chartered Accountant based in Ghaziabad NCR. The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for managing and executing tasks such as preparing and filing direct tax, conducting internal and statutory audits, Assessments,litgation etc. Additional responsibilities include ensuring direct tax compliance and maintaining long-term business relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Direct Taxes, including preparation and filing
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards & regulatory requirements
• Manage litigation matters related to direct tax.
• Conduct and lead Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, Internal Audits etc.
• Review financial statements, ledgers, and accounting systems
• Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards, Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and relevant regulations
• Prepare audit reports, management letters, and compliance notes
• Perform risk assessments and internal control evaluations ,
• Coordinate with clients for audit queries and documentation
• Review workings of team members and gUide junior staff
• Ensure timely completion of assignments with high-quality standards
• Skills in conducting Internal and Statutory Audits, and ensuring compliance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• CA qualification with 7-10 years experience
• Experience in a professional Audit firm is a plus.
