We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to manage and oversee our financial operations with accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain financial records, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings on time.
• Advise management on financial planning, cost control, and risk management.
• Conduct internal audits and suggest process improvements.
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and government authorities.
• Monitor cash flow and provide strategic financial insights to support business growth.

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified, with relevant experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and auditing.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in horticulture, agriculture, or SME business accounting.
• Knowledge of sustainability-focused businesses.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
